The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville community is mourning the loss of junior School of Business student Nick Barnes, who passed away Friday, April 29, from injuries suffered in a car-pedestrian accident in St. Louis’ Central West End.
An Effingham native, Barnes was a junior in the SIUE School of Business.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, May 7, at Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham. A celebration of his life will follow immediately at the Funeral Home.
