The research of SIUE’s Ken Moffett, PhD and associate professor in the Department of Political Science, is gaining national attention.
Moffett and his co-researchers looked at why the Supreme Court’s caseload has varied over time, and why the Court is on track to take the lowest number of cases in nearly 70 years.
Their findings were featured in an article posted Thursday, June 2 in The Washington Post’s Monkey Cage Blog.
