SIUE alumnus Lt. Col. Matthew L. Cloud has been appointed commander of the 100th Infantry ‘Go for Broke’ battalion.
Cloud earned a bachelor’s in geography from the SIUE College of Arts and Sciences in 2000. He achieved a master’s in public administration from SIUE in 2015.
