SIUE Nutrition Student Featured Writer in St. Louis Magazine

An article written by the SIUE School of Education, Health and Human Behavior’s Allison Keck, a senior majoring in nutrition, was featured in the October edition of St. Louis Jewish Parents Magazine.

Keck’s article, entitled, “Coconut Oil – What’s the craze?” appears on pages 32-33, and offers educated responses to popular claims about the health benefits of coconut oil.
