SIUE alumnus Lt. Mike Fillback has been appointed to the rank of Major/Deputy Chief at the Edwardsville Police Department.
Fillback earned a bachelor’s in business administration/finance from the SIUE School of Business in 1996 and is currently pursuing a master’s in public administration and policy analysis at the University.
