The National Association of County Engineers has named SIUE alumnus Tom Klasner the 2017 Rural County Engineer of the Year.
Klasner earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the SIUE School of Engineering in 1988. Details on his award were posted Tuesday, May 29 in The Telegraph.
