The St. Louis Suburban Journals reports that U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) honored SIUE alum Dr. Ed Hightower on the floor of the U.S. House to congratulate the Edwardsville School District 7 superintendent on his upcoming retirement.
