More than 900 students at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville received a free late night breakfast Sunday from SIU President Randy Dunn and SIUE administrators.
Pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, pastries and juice were on the menu. The warm meal was served in support of students’ finals preparation.
This late night breakfast was the third of its kind sponsored by Morris University Center, Kimmel
Student Involvement Center and University Housing. This collaboration to feed students and support their finals preparation started in the fall 2013 semester.
