A St. Louis-based general contracting and construction management firm, which has made more than $170 million in profits, has hired a Southern Illinois University Edwardsville alumna Karyn Miles.
Tarlton Corp. named Miles as marketing and business development associate. Miles holds both master’s and bachelor’s in speech communication from SIUE’s College of Arts and Sciences.
